Booking PoliciesPractical Policies
Arrival: Please arrive ~5-10 minutes early so your service starts on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time depending on the day.
Illness: For the health and safety of all clients and to maintain proper sanitation standards, please refrain from requesting a session if you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness (including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, flu-like symptoms, or contagious conditions)
Constrictions: If you have any active infections: cold sores, open wounds, recent surgeries, or uncontrolled skin diseases like severe eczema/psoriasis flares please refrain from requesting a session and consult with a medical professional.
Temporary Restrictions: If you have used accutane within the last 3-12 months (increases skin sensitivity) recent use of strong actives: prescription retinoids, or acid products within the last week, botox within the last 14-days, or fillers within the last 21-days this may result in a delayed booking slot.
Payments & Deposits
NO deposit is required at the time of scheduling your facial.
Accepted forms of payment include credit/debit cards, apple pay, and venmo.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-hour notice required: If you need to cancel or reschedule last minute please send a message to reagan@soulskinself.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
